This Vertical Electric Retort Machine / High-Pressure Autoclave is engineered for high-temperature thermal processing, sterilization, and shelf-life extension of packaged food items, and glass jars.

Heavy-Duty Stainless Steel Construction: Built entirely from high-grade, food-safe stainless steel (SS 304/316) to withstand high internal pressure, heat cycles, and corrosive environments.

High-Pressure Locking Mechanism: Fitted with heavy-duty eye bolts/swing-bolt latches along the vessel rim to create an airtight, high-pressure seal during operational thermal cycles.

Integrated Digital Control Box: Mounted directly to the front, featuring a digital LED temperature/timer controller, push-button controls, and an emergency/power rotary switch for automated process management.
