This commercial fruit and vegetable pulping machine is designed for high-efficiency extraction, separating smooth fruit/vegetable pulp and juice from seeds, skins, and waste.
Stainless Steel Contact Parts: The feed hopper, cylindrical pulping chamber, top access door, and discharge chutes are constructed from food-grade stainless steel to meet hygienic processing standards and ensure corrosion resistance.

Feed Hopper: Positioned at the top left, the wide-mouth stainless steel hopper allows easy manual or conveyor feeding of pre-washed fruits and vegetables (e.g., mangoes, tomatoes, papayas, berries, apples).

Pulping Chamber & Screening Mechanism: The central cylindrical chamber houses internal rotating paddles and cylindrical mesh screens. The high-speed rotation crushes the produce, forcing fine pulp and juice through the mesh screen while separating solid residues.

Dual Discharge Outlets:

Pulp/Juice Outlet: Located on the lower sloped chute beneath the chamber, directing the extracted liquid/pulp into collection containers.

Waste Outlet: Situated at the far-right end chute, automatically ejecting seeds, skins, stems, and fibrous solid waste.

Heavy-Duty Frame: Built on a blue painted steel structural frame, providing stability, low vibration, and elevated height for processing containers.

Drive & Power Assembly: Driven by an electric motor (enclosed in the protective blue pulley belt guard on the left) connected to a central control junction box.
