It is engineered for small-to-medium-scale food processing, catering, and commercial kitchens to gently yet thoroughly wash leafy greens, vegetables, and fruits.
Premium Stainless Steel Construction: The entire unit is fabricated using high-grade Jindal Stainless Steel (JSL), ensuring maximum rust resistance, structural longevity, and compliance with strict food-grade sanitary standards.
Perforated Inner Basket / Liner: Features a removable or integrated inner chamber with a perforated sheet metal bottom and sides. This allows water and bubbles to flow through seamlessly while containing the food items and separating them from settling dirt and debris.
Overhead Spray Manifold: Fitted with an array of downward-facing nozzles mounted on overhead bars. This system delivers a secondary fresh water rinse from above while the produce is being agitated below
Air-Bubble Tumbling: The machine utilizes a high-pressure air blower connected to channels at the bottom of the tank. This injects a continuous surge of micro-bubbles into the water, simulating a gentle whirlpool. This bubbling action constantly tumbles the fruits and vegetables, rubbing away surface dirt, mud, insects, and chemical residues without bruising delicate items (like spinach, lettuce, or berries).
