A fruit and vegetable crusher machine (also known as a fruit , mill, or pulper-crusher) is an industrial food processing machine designed to cut, crush, and break down raw fruits and vegetables into smaller particles, mash, or slurry prior to juice extraction, cooking, or pulping.

Crushing / Milling Mechanism:

Rotary Blades / Knives: Heavy-duty hardened stainless steel blades mounted on a high-speed rotating shaft that slice and chop incoming produce.

Hammer Mill Assembly: Rotating hammers that crush fibrous produce against a stationary serrated wall or anvil.

Perforated Screen Mesh: An interchangeable cylindrical or semi-circular screen beneath the blades that dictates the maximum particle size before discharge.

Drive Unit: High-torque electric motor connected directly or via V-belt drive to provide continuous cutting force.

Discharge Chute: An outlet at the bottom to collect crushed slurry, mash, or chopped pulp into holding tanks or downstream processing equipment.

Frame & Housing: Constructed from food-grade stainless steel (SS304 / SS316) to ensure hygiene, corrosion resistance, and easy cleaning.

Feeding: Whole or coarsely cut fruits and vegetables enter the feed hopper.

High-Speed Crushing: As raw material drops into the cutting chamber, high-speed rotating blades or hammers shear and crush the produce against stationary liners.

Sizing & Discharge: The crushed pulp is forced through the bottom perforated screen by centrifugal force, ensuring uniform mash size for optimal juice yield in subsequent pressing stages.
