Ergonomic Long Operating Lever: A heavy-duty curved handle that provides high mechanical advantage, allowing smooth downward pressure with minimal physical effort.

Magnetic Capping / Crimping Head: Fitted with a internal magnet that holds the crown cap in place before crimping, ensuring precise alignment over the bottle neck.

Heavy Cast-Iron Base: Provides a low center of gravity and maximum stability during downward pressing. Includes mounting holes to bolt the machine securely to a workbench.

Working Principle
Cap Placement: A metal crown cap is inserted into the magnetic capping die, where it stays suspended automatically.

Bottle Positioning: The filled glass bottle is placed on the base pad, pushing back against the rear centering guides for alignment.

Downward Lever Press: Pulling the top handle downward drives the crimping head onto the bottle neck.

Mechanical Crimp: The hardened steel bell forces the flared edges of the crown cap inward around the glass locking ring, creating an airtight pressure seal.
