This heavy-duty Double Stage (Twin) Fruit & Vegetable Pulping Machine is designed for high-capacity, fine-refinement pulp extraction, utilizing a two-tier continuous process to deliver maximum yield with minimum pulp waste.
Upper Stage (Coarse Extraction): Raw fruit or vegetables are fed into the top hopper. The upper cylinder crushes the produce and performs the initial separation of large seeds, heavy skin, and coarse fiber, discharging waste out the top-right chute.

Lower Stage (Fine Refining): The coarse pulp passes directly via the intermediate hopper into the second chamber fitted with a finer mesh screen. This stage refines the texture into a smooth, uniform puree before final discharge.

Food-Grade Stainless Steel Construction: All contact components—including both cylindrical processing chambers, top and intermediate feed hoppers, inspection doors, and discharge chutes—are made of stainless steel (SS 304/316) for hygiene and corrosion resistance.
Fruits: Mango, guava, papaya, tomato, peach, plum, strawberry, and passion fruit.
