A vibro sifter (vibratory sifter / vibrating screen machine) is an industrial grading and screening machine designed to separate, classify, and filter dry powders, granules, or processed food items by particle size.

The rectangular design shown in the image is a heavy-duty linear motion vibro sifter, commonly used in commercial food processing lines to remove oversized particles, fines, dust, or unground lumps before final packaging or further processing.

Rectangular Screening Deck: A large, flat mesh surface framed within a stainless steel or mild steel trough to provide high-throughput screening capacity.

Vibratory Motor Unit: Mounted underneath the trough, unbalance weights generate controlled linear vibrations that propel material forward along the screen surface.

Multi-Layer / Fine Mesh Screen: High-tensile wire mesh that separates finer particles (which fall through into the collection trough) from oversized material.

Material Discharge Chute: An outlet chute located at the front/bottom to continuously collect screened or oversized material.

Support Stand & Isolation Springs: Mounted on a rigid metal frame with springs or flexible dampeners to absorb operational shocks and direct maximum vibrational force onto the screen.

Feeding: Bulk raw material (granulates, powders, spices, or grains) is fed evenly onto the top end of the vibrating screen deck.

Linear Vibratory Separation: The vibratory motor induces continuous high-frequency oscillations. This action causes the material bed to fluidize and move forward across the mesh screen.

Grading & Discharge: Particles smaller than the mesh aperture drop through the screen to the bottom collection tray, while oversized particles travel across the top of the mesh and discharge through the front chute.
